Sales Closing Techniques


Close of a sale is the main part of todays sales jobs.

It makes the difference if we make money or we have wasted our time.

Without some sales closing techniques and planning you can only expect for the best outcome.  

With some simple tips you can increase your sales by nearly 60 percent more.

I am not going to give you any clever and technological terms here.

All I want to share is my experience on learning why people buy and more importantly why most sales people do such a great job but do not get the sale at the end of their presentation.

Here is my formula for a great close of any sale.

1. Make it short.

2. Tell them what action to take. Do not ask them.

3. Thank them for their time.

4. Inform them that now you will take their booking

Important note. Do not repeat yourself in the close of sale. This is one of the biggest mistake made, it makes any sales person look desperate.

Close of Sale is fun, be in charge and show your customer you are confident in the product you presented and you do want their booking. It is simple, just needs practice to make it perfect.
